Can the utility company come on my property without permission?

Usually, all the properties have easements that go across them. If you get a survey done on your property, you'll find that, in 99% of the cases of these properties, the utility company actually has an easement which gives them the right to come across your property. There might be rare circumstances where they don't have an easement and they may not have the right to come on your property. It just depends on what's there. The real question is, is it harming you, and why are they there and what are they doing?
