I actually never saw the movie and just looked at the show because I love the 2 detectives from the Killing.
This has NOT disappointed me.

it's a good show. And Erik Heller must be my favorite character. He is a fuckin saint. spending 15 years of his life, sacrificing a chance of normal life, job, family, friends, everything, to raise and protect a little girl he's not even related to. admirable.

Just binge-watched Season 1 last night. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, so I had high expectations for the series. It's just brilliant! Can't wait for Season 2 to be uploaded on my subscription 🙂
