Lay-Z-Spa: How to install and use the Underwater LED Light

How to use the Lay-Z-Spa Underwater LED Light:

Before you start, insert 3 X AAA batteries by undoing the single screw on the back to remove the light housing then screwing back on tightly.

- Unscrew and remove the Chem Connect dispenser.
- Unscrew and remove the top debris screen. If stiff to unscrew, use a tea towel for grip.
- Screw the LED Light in place of the debris screen
- Press the blue centre button to operate.
- Press and hold the blue centre button to turn off

Note: This can even be done when your spa is already filled with water

Is the debris screen anti-clockwise to un do and can you use a adjustable spanner to do it mine is very very tight and seams like I’m going to break it, if it does brake can the tube be replaced back to the spa heater?

Theres a new adapter on amazon makes things much easier and allows chem dispense to work at same time

I have same problem as previous it seems very tight not like uts gonna unscrew

This is crazy. So you have to remove the chem dispenser, put this on, then remove this and put the chem dispenser on every time you use the Spa? How long before people either forget or can't be bothered to put the chem dispenser back on and you end up with some serious health issues. This is not a very well thought out Xtra.

I have the Ibiza spa and I can’t get it to come off and worry I will break the fitting. Does it defo come off??

They should have put another plug just for the loght. Avoiding to remove it all the time.

Cant turn it off, I press the button for 3 seconds it goes off but then comes back on again by itself. I've had to take the batteries out annoying

hallo, ich habe den Pool gestern aufgebaut zum ersten Mal. sobald das Wasser auf der Höhe der Luftzufuhr ist, geht Wasser in das Rohr da rein. dann kommt es unten aus der Pumpe wieder raus. wieso ist dort in der Luftzufuhr Wasser drin?

will this work with a Saluspa Hawaii Hydrojet Pro? And why do you need to remove the chem connect?

So you can’t use it with the Chem connect ? Honestly I would not use the spa with out the chem connect

It was much better if the screw in the filter could be replaced for the led

Who stupid to make this happen? How about Bali . Just had light attachment
