getting error

I'm very new to Postgresql and when I use PgAdmin 14, it asks me for the master password while I haven't set up anything... but when I access PgAdmin 12 on the web browser it doesn't ask me for the master password. Why is this happening?

when i try to open the table from db in pgadmin it shows empty table mean no table or record is there in database

thanks, i am using odoo 14, in conf file it is not showing password, there is db_password = False, my user_name = odoo and db_name = odoodev main password is admin, i can't configure in pgadmin4,
please help how i can? as it shows authentation failed for user odoo.
i am using name = odoo, in connection tab hostname = localhost, port = 5432, username = odoo, password = admin
is there anything i am missing or doing wrong? be blessed :)
