If you can't find generative fill on your Photoshop Beta App still follow these steps:

At the top left select "Window " then look at the very bottom of the menu & make sure "Contextual Task bar" is checked

If on a Mac & you're using the latest PS beta & Generative Fill isn't showing, you have to open PS beta then open the file from within PS beta: File > Open. Right-clicking & choosing to open a file in PS beta from the Finder doesn't work, it opens in the non-beta PS version (despite choosing to open in the beta version).

This worked deleting then downloading the most recent version. Also, make sure photoshop is not opened when you do all of this, then open it up. Thank you for this advice. :)
