The MTN-Qhubeka rider’s bike at the 2015 Tour de France sports a mix of Shimano Di2 and Dura-Ace, ENVE wheels, CeramicSpeed bottom brackets and pulley wheels, Rotor Q-Rings, Selle Italia saddle, 3T cockpit, KMC chain, and Schwalbe tires.

I don't get it, deep section rims are more aero in general, in crosswinds but not is really strong crosswinds

I love cycling, but all the advice seems to be to lose weight to improve performance. I'm have a low body fat and am a mesomorph, but play rugby so I can not be skinny like traditional cyclists. I'm only fifteen but already probably slightly heavier than most cyclists as it is and still need to gain weight before the rugby season starts again. I am not unfit and have good endurance but do you guys have any advice for cycling as a heavier rider, even just to make small performance gains?
