Hey, everyone! If you're like me and grew up in the 80s and 90s, you might remember Igano Kabamaru, that awesome Japanese manga series with a ninja protagonist. I recently dove back into this classic, and boy, the nostalgia hit me hard!

I decided to embark on a musical adventure and create a cover of the iconic Igano Kabamaru intro. But here's the twist—I didn't want to just play over the original. No, no. I went all out.

You see, the best version I could find was from these old VHS tapes, muffled sound, tape flutter, the whole deal. First things first, I used some AI magic to extract and tune JUST the vocals to A440 because, believe it or not, that wasn't the case.

I programmed the drums and i transcribed and played every instrument from scratch, weaving a new musical tapestry around those familiar vocals. And you know what? I think it sounds even better than the original.
The nostalgia is real, my friends!Now, remember that Greek voiceover? Hilarious! It adds this extra layer of charm to the series.
So, not only did I revamp the music, but I also took a moment to appreciate the complexity and richness of those early anime music scores. Trust me; it's like fine wine.
