The Worlds Fastest Audi RS3

The Audi RS3 is a great little performance car, I made a video on the Audi RS3 a few months ago if you want to see it ill leave a pop up, but my conclusion was that the rs3 is just too good, they are stupid fast, and because of the insanely good 4 wheel drive system they can launch over and over and over, I mean the stock Audi RS3 reaches 60 in 3.6 seconds and it will complete a standing quarte mile in 12.2 seconds. But what is possible if you have a unlimited budget. Exactly how fast can you make it
