Man, I am 60 years and 5 years from retiring, you're giving me so many ideas for retirement projects!

I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but your videos are wonderful to fall asleep to. They're long enough and they keep me interested but relaxed enough to eventually knock me out. Please keep doing your thing

My husband, my son (4) and I watched this all together. Then made Lego versions of it. You are inspiring the next generation! Thank you

Eventually there will be a video from Quiet Nerd: "And now once I synchronize my consciousness with the MECH's, I can pilot it to a nice fishing spot and set up camp. Nice."

I love how half the video is always building/upgrading and the 2nd half is him actually testing/camping with what he build! Massive support

This gotta be some form of visual asmr from how well thought out the assembly feels. The use of cutting boards, color coded heatshrink, and screw terminals to organize the electronics is eye candy all by itself. Thanks for clearly explaining why you made certain design decisions, they'll come in clutch when working on my own projects

“I have a lot of fun building, inventing, and creating these wild wacky machines and taking them out.” It always shows and its why it’s worth the wait for your videos!

My uncle wanted me to tell you your vehicle looks like something the cat and the hat would drive around from town to town. We love it.

Quiet Nerd it the visual and auditory equivalent of warm chicken broth/soup, it's like comfort food.
No needless drama, no crazy sponsor deals, just large excel sheets and bar charts of data to go thru, it's just a dude chilling with his own projects. Thank you sir ~ Keep up the good work and hope you never stop making these vehicles and camping in them. Maybe... next one can be a lightweight rover?

Quiet Nerd is the GOAT of cozy engineering and camping videos! The concept and execution of this mech was well worth the wait! Another amazing, informative video. Absolutely love the yellow flag! Thanks for doing all you do! 🎉🎉🎉

I wish I saw this before I wired up my off grid house 5 years ago. I feel like what I'm seeing here is the accumulation of so much education and wisdom from the constant act of "doing" - which you do a great job of keeping fun!

You can add a solar panel on top to recharge your battery
