Skiathos Airport Spotting - 24th July 2019

A brief visit to Skiathos Airport on the evening of Wednesday 24th July 2019. We nearly get caught out with the Olympic shuttle coming in from Athens a little early and passing us as we make our way along the harbour. A Volotea Airbus A319 departs followed shortly after by the shuttle, going in the opposite direction...

A Volotea Boeing 717 comes in on a windy approach before landing and finally departing out again to bring this short visit to a close.

I didn't make as many evening visits as planned but this was because it was a lot busier with it being the height of the season, to get the bus was pretty much out of the question compared to earlier in the year as the buses were that full they weren't stopping to pick up.
