I get chatgpt 4o but I can't access chatgpt store

I've been trying to change my password account on chatgpt and I'm not successful. My account is using the google sign in method, but when I put my email on forgot password on the login page, they don't send me the reset email. It's not even on the spam section. Could you try changing it? Or showing in a video how to change it? Inside the chatgpt page there's no place to change the password.

It is much better to tell it to remember the information that is important rather than allowing it to decide for example I use titles for Etsy use I make it remember all those titles so it never gives me those titles anymore.

There's one update that makes me completely mad and ruined my stories: The 3.5 update, 3.5 now refuses and doesn't comply on other contents despite 3.5 complied previous days ago, so i instead use the 4o but worst is that you have to wait for the exact time for it to run again

Edit: It's like they swapped roles! 4o didn't comply to the other contents before while 3.5 just complied! It was like 4o becoming 3.5 and 3.5 becoming 4o!
