The corningware handle is meant to be attached before cooking so that the bakeware can be used on a stove like a skillet. You will definitely burn yourself or dump your dish trying to attach it in the oven instead of using an oven mitt 😆😉

when you said the snippet about dads & pomegranates, you gave me a flashback to when i was in college, i worked with my dad at a flea market to make ends meet & we used to leave our house at 2 am, to drive 2 hours, get there by 4 am & be set up for the early birds by 6 am.. i used to take a nap between whenever we finished setting up to about 7:30, & my dad used to wake me up to a bag of pistachios & French vanilla coffee because he remembered that's what i had the first day there & he remembered me saying they were my favorite. and now im tearing up at work.. thanks for that memory! <3
