No matter how old I get, seeing an old tractor throttle up under load. Watching it squat down and start rolling black smoke out. Makes me smile like a little kid.

Growing up, we had a Case 930 Comfort King with a hand clutch. We mostly disced with it and I loved the sound of that 6 cylinder Diesel engine lug down and the black smoke roll as she pulled the discs through the ground. I miss those days.

I wore out our first 8850, we had it restored, and an unfortunate family incident allowed it to be sold. I hated that but I love the tractor. now I have just purchased a totally restored 1977 steiger tiger. I can't wait till it gets delivered.

I had grown up on a 4020 john deere with a straight pipe. Loved that sound, probably why hearing isn't that great nowadays. Loved that machine

My favorite tractor sound was a neighbors Turbo Tiger II. 903 with a straight pipe pulling 12 bottom IH 710 plow. I’ll never forget that sound

Our neighbour had a Ford FW30 back in the 80s. Could easily hear it over a mile away. Sounded fantastic.
