Deploy the NuxtJS frontend using Cleavr

Part 20/21

Before we can deploy the frontend and now that we know what the API url and the port number are, we'll first make some quick updates to our code. Then, we'll deploy the frontend!

We'll, of course, be using Cleavr to deploy our multi-server web application.

I really can't get my deployment with Nuxt to work. The deployment phase doesn't give me any info whatsoever on what kind of error has occured, which is really a shame. I have no idea what's going wrong.
