I been getting these spasms the past couple months, they got stronger and stronger and caused multiple heart attacks. Yep I’m still here, lots of meds, quitting smoking, been home from hospital a couple days now. The pain is excruciating, screaming loudly pain. It’s horrible

I had a massive heart attack a few months ago and have been having a lot of pressure in my chest. They diagnosed me with cad, microvascular disease and they say the pressure is coming from vasospasms that is cutting off blood flow to my heart.

Can mild calcification of the ilac artery cause this? Im not sure if im having esophagus spasms but it feels like upper left chest pain as if my heart sinks feels weird

It feels like your heart but after doing an ECG, its not my heart so I guess is esophagus. may God help us
