Neurotoxin Synthesis also converts poison damage to Room 0 Trauma, which MASSIVELY increases single target damage as well as increasing the defensive of your shield by 25% its by far the best transcendent mod. The tooltip is extremely misleading

I just started playing freyna and everyone says to put her 1 on the weakest enemy because the spread damage does more damage with room 0 trauma but does that only work with the contagion mod? When I go into laboratory the spread does the same damage as the one I’m putting it on.

Really liking Contagion atm, goes nice with Toxic Conductor, Toxic Enhancment bullets and Attribute status effect trigger rate on my Tamer. Pair that with some bigger magazine mods to maintain some nice DPS.

if you got focus on spikes you will suffer in late game.. stuff like the support one is only good as a curve..

damage is what you want that and debuffs maybe that one that stops healing would be very good
