My monitor colour and phone colours are different. I made a corel draw file and i find that monitor colour and mobile colour are different.

This fix did not work for me. For me it was MSI garbage center and light sync software that somehow started interfering with the color profile. As soon as I removed MSI center e everything turned back to normal and stays normal. Can't make this * up.

I tried "Dark Mode" and have tired all the other ways to no availability. I have tried all the other ways so now I will tyr your way bacause even though dark mode is easier on the eyes some things are UNREADABLE and that really sucks.
