Sarah Brightman has been the queen of classical crossover for decades. For her to go onstage with a then ten year old Jacqueline Marie Evancho was a most gracious and generous act. In another 35-40 years perhaps a grown and wildly successful Miss Evancho can return the favor,  but on this night we saw the passing of the torch. The unmistakable bell tone of Miss Evancho's voice came thru clear and dominate. She had it all from the beginning. Angelic voice breathtakingly beautiful.

Both of them are great. Sara Brightman is a class act and this was beautiful. Jackie is in awe of her. Sweet as can be. I have never heard a kid sing like this. She is a genius and that is neat.

Jackie Evancho is simply the most amazing talent in the history of music, a living breathing miracle, a person preternatural, a girl with a gift supernal, an aural angel incarnate.

This performance is an epic treasure. Arguably, both of the world's greatest vocalist who have ever graced the stage, singing together, in a never to be repeated time capsule of musical history. Comparing Jackie with Sarah is equivalent to comparing a rookie Mickey Mantle with an aging Babe Ruth. We should cherish this moment and not use it to make a note for note comparison. I urge you to review Sarah in her prime, no wonder Jackie considers Sarah as her musical mentor...and Sarah loves Jackie.

Sarah Brightman is one of the best opera singer of our time and with a professional track record that everyone dream to have. She is a diamante of diamante among all singers and she has nothing to prove to anyone anymore. Jackie is a prodigy child singer and as all prodigy person she is just all above a simple mortal that we are.

well said. Sarah is one of Jackie's inspirations and I am sure she would not like people to compare Sarah unfavourably. Recently came across Sarah's Symphony concert on youTube and it was a terrific occasion and could not help wondering if this is what the future holds for Jackie.

Sarah was one of her idols it was a beautiful treat to sing with her. Just look how she looks at her and takes in knowledge. Sarah was most gracious to perform with her.
