That was Liza's half sister and brother, Lorna and Joe. Interesting to see all three of Judy Garland's children together, I don't think I ever have.

It's amazing how many rude comments come out on here. I guess it's your ways of making you feel better about yourselves. For you morons out there...Liza has had both her hips replaced. Vocal chord surgery. Almost died from viral encephalitis. Has had both knees replaced and her back fused not too long after the Oscars. All and all I to see her standing and smiling and being a trooper is pretty amazing. You can still see she is in pain though. There you go...for the record!

It’s amazing, nobody ever seemed to make an excuse for Judy, they just piled on. But everyone’s making excuses for Liza, didn’t she have an alcohol problem. And by the way, the London Coroner, said with absolute assurance that Judy showed NO TRACE OF ALCOHOLISM, NONE PERIOD.

She said she was just nervous about doing everything that's why she looks a little shaky.  Imagine a lifetime of press people and photographers all yelling at you at the same time for a photo opportunity - who wouldn't be nervous.
