Electric Beach Oahu Hawaii

Electric Beach is a special place in West Oahu. It's also know as Tracks beach as it is along the railroad track. It doesn't look like much from the small beach, but if you snorkel out to the end of the pipes (you can see the bubbling from the shore) you will be in for a treat. Turtles, fish, and beautiful reef await you. If your lucky you may even spot a white tip reef shark(harmless) or dolphins, which both frequent the area. I've seen both there just not on this dive. This is also a fun place to bring the body board for some fun.
FYI:
This snorkeling spot is not recommended for beginners as you have to do a lot of swimming and usually battle the swell and current on your way out and in. Also don't leave valuables in your car here or anywhere on the island.
