The ITC is all about skills, comfort building and knowing the system and obviously, how to teach that.
In my book, I would like to call this system "NEO" DIR, things are changing rapidly and even a holistic system (Like DIR is), needs to adapt somehow .
These guys will become foundational Instructors, that means Instructors that teach the basics of diving.
