This biker knocked on cars' windows begging them to move away. just seconds before, he reached a traffic jam and heard a family crying, 'cause their little girl was having a seizure, and if they didn’t reach the hospital in time she would lose her life. the biker shouted at people to clear the way. but it was impossible, knowing the girl could die at any moment, but he told the father to hold her girl tight and get on the bike. he took all the risk, and almost hit another bike. When they reached there, he didn’t leave and had to know if the girl was going to be okay.

not sure but it looks like Bali, BIMC? I had a terrible accident years ago and was saved by amazing people like this. I was helped out of a river with life threatening injuries. Rushed to hospital by a delivery driver, who made his delivery too and when I arrived doctors were waiting to rush me in. South east Asia in an amazing place full of beautiful people. they saved my life
