You should expect nothing from Sony until you start hearing of people getting fired. If no one does, it means they've learned nothing. Any sensible company, focused on providing a service to the customer, would not let a failure like Concord stand. If no one is leaving, it means that even if there are people in Sony who understand what just happened, they're not in the position to change course there.
