at very first time VIP should be one system (Which has priority high), if High Priority System is Down then VIP will shift in Lower Priority again if High Priority System is going to UP then ur VIP will shift-back to this system(High priority system) ....(This is the main concept of Priority ).. please suggest if i am wrong ...
