Qantas’s flying art series has been around Since 1994 starting with the Nalanji Dreaming livery painted on VH-EBU one of Qantas’s Boeing 747-300s. Qantas painted 4 more of their planes in striking indigenous Australian liveries. These livery’s were Wunala Dreaming, Yananyi Dreaming, Mendoowoorrji and the most recent one Emily Kame Kngwarreye. Only 2 of the 5 Flying art aircraft are still flying in the sky today, which is VH-XZJ in the Mendoowoorrji livery and VH-ZND in the Emily Kame kngwarreye livery.

In today’s video you will be seeing ZK-XZJ land in the stunning township of Queenstown. ZK-XZJ is one of Qantas’s Boeing 737-800s that is painted in the Mendoowoorrji flying arts livery.
