In this video, you can see how the Carmen® Mobile Android ANPR/LPR app performs on two smartphones placed on an electric scooter. Why the two phones? To automatically capture the license plates of parking cars on both sides of the road. This way you can control parking vehicles in a fast, efficient, and, most importantly, easy manner.

Parking mode isn't just the only preset you can choose from. The app also comes with a custom, in motion, in a fixed position, handheld, and above the highway modes. All six presets – including the handheld mode – can be further tailored without compromise to achieve the best ANPR results.
