People say that it was Chastains fault but, Elliott just threw a late block

Chastain had the run, turned down just before Elliot, didn't have a lot of room to slide more left to avoid him (despite what the announcer said there, and especially after Elliot started to spin), and he had to turn right at the end to A) not get spun himself and B) not get caught in the wreck Elliot was about to have.

Chase came down right across Chastains bumper. Chastain had to turn his wheel to the right to keep straight otherwise, Chase's car would have pulled him left. Do you expect Chastain to not make any corrective steering when someone is dragging them the opposite way. This is Chase's fault for making a block with less than no room for error.
