(TUR👇🏻) 🇦🇺We’re here at the Nea Moni monastery. We can’t describe the silence and serenity here. You can hear the mild wind and rustling of leaves. Well worth climbing the winding mountain roads of Chios to get to.

By the way, since Chios is a summer destination, you’re asked to respectfully dress modestly while in the monastery grounds. There are shawls & shirts provided for visitors to borrow near the entrance, if you need to cover up a bit.
