Forehand or Backhand? How to play from the middle

Do you know the situation? Your are played in the middle of the table and you don't know wether to play forehand or backhand? That is the reason why I like to play my opponents exactly at this point. In this video, I give you some ideas on how to react in this situation and whether you should choose forehand or backhand.

Hey Timo,
It would be interesting if you can make a Talk Video about the (current) top ten Players in the world (according to the Ranking list). Talking about their specialites, play styles, special moments, your experiences in with them in games or off the table. You can also talk about already retired player like Ma Lin.
It's cool to hear Pros talking about other pros. Especially in Table tennis.
