My late father used to sing this on karaoke when I was a kid. I remember sitting on his lap while he had a cigarette in one hand and microphone in the other, he sang in a raspy voice, his breath smelled of booze and his hands of cigarettes, but even so, it was comforting. I play this song and I'm taken back to that moment in time when I was his lucky star 🌟 and now he's mine 🥺
