Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line pans with aluminum foil.
2.) Spray aluminum foil with your non stick cooking spray. Thinly slice your potatoes and evenly add to pans.
3.) Spray the tops of the potato circles with your cooking spray and sprinkle sea salt on top.
4.) Add to oven for 10-12 minutes. Keep an eye on them. You want the sweet potato chips to be starting to brown but not burnt.
5.) While those are baking, cover pan with aluminum foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Then season with your seasonings of choice.
6.) Once chips are done baking, turn your oven down to 400 degrees F. Add chicken breast to oven to bake for 25-28 minutes. Use food thermometer to check when ready. You want 170 degrees F throughout the whole chicken breast.
7.) While those are baking, add your broccoli to your air fryer and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle sea salt on top and cook on 400 degrees F for 15 minutes! That’s it! Take out when done.
8.) Once all is done, plate it all and enjoy!

I made the potato chips in my air fryer and they were amazing! Never thought to throw the broccoli in the air fryer!! Thanks for the meal ideas.

My favorite is definitely lean ground beef with taco seasoning, charred corn mixed with green chiles and jasmine rice with lime and cilantro 👌🏼🤤

My ideal meal would be asparagus, sweet potatoes, and Moroccan spiced tofu cubes. My second choice would be broccoli, wild rice, and veggie sausage. Thanks for the fantastic tutorial!

Sirloin tip steak (pretty dang lean cut), russet potatoes cut into fries and baked, then some steamed broccoli and carrots. Eat it almost every day so good.

My go to is
1kg of baked potatoes
6 eggs
400g of sauerkraut
Makeshift Teriyaki sauce made from Soy Sauce, Stevia and Black pepper
