The color is called true cyan. It's an optical illusion involving looking in a white dot in a red circle in a blue border. It is true that most TV's and monitors are incapable of producing this color. The longer you stare at the white dot the better it should appear. I recommend pausing it and looking at it for 30 seconds or until the blue border turns grey in your peripherals if you want the full effect.

Fun fact: the blue is called "glitch blue" Which is a blue that makes glitch effects in ibis paint and other painting apps

The colour is “true cyan”. U stare at it till it looks like is starts blending and the outline starts flashing blue and red which happens after as he said around 20 seconds the u close your eyes and hold them closed, u should be able to see an orb of true cyan.
