I have no idea where you're coming from here. This is definitely the best Ichigo in the line, so far. And the faces look way, way better and more like the character this time. They also resculpted his pants, and made them look more flush. I understand people want the OG Soul Reaper design, but this figure's an amazing representation of how he appeared later in TYBW.

Ichigo just didn't really have a lot of reason to smile in TYBW. If you want a smug cocky Ichigo, you're probably better off waiting for his first outfit shikai or maybe even something before it. Ichigo was only ever like that at the start of the series up until maybe the end of Soul Society? After that, he quickly turned a lot more serious and usually a little melancholic.

Good thing is that the faces (albeit slightly different in coloration) for the first Ichigo and this one are interchangeable, so the same will probably apply to any Ichigo in the future.

Personally, I think calling a figure super mediocre for not having the expressions you want is a bit harsh when it's probably the best from the line with a good likeness and improved hair (from the first release's putty hair) and effects pieces, but if the right expressions are your criteria for a good Ichigo figure, then you're entitled to that.

Did Bandai really say they will make another Ichigo? I was afraid they give up the bleach line, cause I don't see any new bleach figure in this year Tamashii nations:(

I hate when shf make expresion ichigo face not same like in anime only head sculpt i hate but for body figure n joint i love it...problem is the face...shf make tanjiro, luffy n other same like in anime but for ichigo im so angry they make like shit for his face
