I want to note that this song is really not from Enya but from group Adiemus! Internet is full of different opinions and that was the reason for wrong naming the video. For this mistake I'm sorry but the change is already too late and the magnificence of this song it makes no difference. So I decided to keep the video here. Thank you for your understanding.

Adiemus is a music project by the Welsh composer Karl Jenkins. In addition, Adiemus is also the title of a song that Jenkins 1994 for a commercial of the American airline Delta Air Lines composed. It is represented on the album Songs of Sanctuary. Karl Jenkins combines harmonious choir singing and orchestra in an ethnic way, similar to Enigma. The "language" that is used is an invention of Jenkins and consists of thought-out syllables and words, meaning that the language becomes meaningless and the voice can come to the fore as an instrument. In many cases words appear that are very similar to Latin or African languages. The first four albums sang Miriam Stockley. As an additional vote Mary Carewe was involved, which was involved in the first two albums and the fourth. On the third album, Dances of Time, a group of Finnish singers took part, which also participated in Vocalise again.

The chord progressions in this song are out of this world. The vocals are just amazing. Heard this song as a kid and have never forgotten it. It's so beautiful x

Heard this song in one of the videos of the Pastor without limbs (Pastor Nick) and I instantly connected to it. I can boldly say my 20 long years of searching is officially over😭😭
I'm overwhelmed with emotions right now. God bless Enya, Karl Jenkins and the Choir. God bless and keep anyone who comes across this. Amen!!!

Usually when I don't know the name of a song, I google the lyrics and hope for the best...

I had a bit more complications finding this one.

My mother and I played this song a lot after the death of my father and now my mother has passed as well and LG Oled uses this song. Brings back sweet memories with my mum in difficult times 😊😊😊

This is Karl Jenkins's - Adiemus. It's a track from a collection of albums also called Adiemus. The lead singer is Miriam Stockley.

My Grandfather (RIP Pops) used to belt this song out when I was a wee lad. 30 years later, I get spine chills.

This song reminds me when I was a traveler and mountaineer. All the outstanding and dangerous adventures, the majestic mountains and deep valleys, the sun rising over the vast landscapes. I am no longer a traveler and mountaineer, those dreams were taken away from me too early. But for the ones I lived l dont regret a moment. This song takes me to those moments forever lost. At least for a few years, I didn't just existed, i actually lived.

I used to play Enya cassette over and over in my teens. Now in my thirties I'm going to yoga classes and the instructor keeps skipping this song. I'm like what gives, it's been my favorite forever. The choir is breathtaking!

This was on one of the cassette tapes my dad would play for my sister and I before we would go to bed. I heard it when looking for my song of the day for my students and picked it randomly (I didn’t know this was the name of the song my dad would play for us). I felt so nostalgic that whole time and cried with my students listening to it.
