Hey Lash! While the original Tekkit indeed did not have Thaumcraft, the original Technic Pack had TC2! So it's basically a Technic Pack series now.

The technic ssp version made at the same time as Tekkit Classic and has the same mods actually had thaumcraft 2

Power flower with energy condenser, try that, you make a lot of EMC.

Try the comparator on the center block rather than the bottom one.
