Let's Play SpinTires - 38 - Claimed by the River

This River map ain't so bad after all! Now that we've uncloaked the entire map, it's time to get to work. Unlocking garages, refueling trucks and planning our lumber delivery starts moving like clockwork!

Oovee Game Studios' well-received extreme off-road trucking tech demo has grown up to become a full video game with multiple maps, objectives, achievements, and even multiplayer. This is a new series where I am exploring the game for the first time, which means I obviously know exactly what I'm doing.

Watching a guy play a game where he drives a truck in mud and hearing him talk about squid. I still have no idea why I have watched every episode. But this is great stuff.

The garage trailer is only on the c6522 (orange truck) and the c4320 (green truck with square fuel tanks).

If you haven't recorded the log hauling episodes already, I'd recommend taking a set of long logs with the D-series truck, and then set of short logs with one of the C-trucks to satisfy the objective on the other side of the river. You can haul medium logs across with C-trucks successfully, but it's a rather difficult prospect.

Mushrooms are delicious. I pick about 50 species of them so I rarely buy them. Most of the best ones are not available in stores anyway.

I don't like mushrooms either, but like many things I don't like... if it's sauteed with butter, salt, and pepper, it's not that bad.  I really like olive bread, but yeah, olives are not fantastic for me either.  And while we're on the topic of food:  pickled watermelon rinds!  Yum.

Heya Kurt. Have you ever thought about doing a lets play on farming simulator 2014? 2015 comes out in Oct. ... personally, I would love to see you play that. I think you would really enjoy the detail that giants software has put into there flagship game. Lots of opportunities for laughs and views. Just a thought. Keep doing what you doin, you're a stand up guy.

Do the truck controls respond better with a controller? When I play the two "log trucks" have very sluggish steering compared to what I am seeing in these videos. Any help?
