Great man. I reset my DVR because I forgot the password after reset I was unable to connect in app. I followed and it's working now. Otherwise I was going to call CCTV expert. U saved my money too. I was struggling from last 3 hours for this setup. Thank you so much

If the problem persist, you need to enter router settings and make a port forwarding completing ip host, the ip of dvr, mac of dvr, and the dns and preffered dns, all the informations are available in the router settings and all the setting need to be done there.

hvr descpnectado(0xe0000105) no me sirve esa solucion cambie los DNS por esos y nada alguna otra solución
