The actors seem to be having trouble reading the subtitles while they are acting distracted, it may be because the subtitles appear backwards to them, but looks fine to us.

Just an idea .. if you're gonna make whiteboy emperors, then go all the way and make the chinese guys the colonial invading force, dressed up in western gear. That would make for an interesting trippy alternate timeline flick

discouraging word here: the dialogue/acting was so wooden that it felt like chewing on sawdust. Beautifully shot, but I'm not anticipating the next installment. Sorry.
