Inverted Rows can still be overloaded with weights and elevation. When you're strong enough, you will no longer need your legs and can do tuck front lever rows, eventually progressing to front lever pull ups, which is the epitome of the ultimate rowing exercise, or I guess if you're a menace, WEIGHTED FRONT LEVER PULL UPS.

Doing V bar pulldowns slow with medium weight for 8 to 10 reps is actually a great warmup before bench. Afterwards a wide grip lat pulldown for 5 slow reps with light weight really gets it going. When hopping on bench afterwards is incredible

Supermans are so underrated as back exercises. They don’t require any equipment, and they also target more then just the back.

Lat pulldowns was always in my opinion the inferior version of pull ups.. ofc it does help beginners with back stimulation and progression into pull ups so I'll definitely respect it..

Pull Ups are the GOAT exercise. Everyone should do them, no matter with your Bodyweight, extra weight or Help Equipment etc.

Actually doing Deadlifts with lot of rep's made my entire back to glow up, didn't expect that to happen, it's really the best excersise.

Inverted rows are amazing. Elevating the feet or doing them with unsupported feet in a front lever progression will kill your back.
