At the end Dr. Andonuts died, but I think that if he survived "Megalo Strike Back" was going to be his new battle theme.

That's why it "strikes back", it's Dr. Andonuts taking revenge on Varik.

My theory is that this song rapresents a what if scenario where Dr. Andonuts survives after the final battle and tries to get revenge on Varik.
