5 Levels of Delegation

I want to briefly share a topic that has come up in some recent leadership meetings, around the 5 levels of delegation. This will be useful for everyone. I found this framework online years ago, the original author is Michael Hyatt. Figuring out delegation is key to unlock the potential of any organization and team. I'll first go through the 5 levels, and then share my thoughts on it.

Level 1: Do as I say
Level 2: Research and report
Level 3: Research and recommend
Level 4: Decide and inform
Level 5: Act independently
