New RA-5 Crosswalk on Washmill Lake & Main

This crosswalk and PXO controller was installed by myself and the company I work for. I was testing the "night light" bypass and setting up the proper timing for the flashing beacons. Halifax's requires pole mounted beacons even on the opposite side of the divided road for extra visibility due to frequent pedestrian and vehicle collisions. This will be getting upgraded to a full intersection in a couple of years.
The permanent RA-4 crosswalk signs and keep right signs aren't installed in this video and all the visors have been changed out to black.
