I have simpel question how culd it by posibel to phase shift ordinari 555 timer around +/- 20° ? The circuet in question is the mc 3334 hei ignition module I have for years problems finding correct reverse voltage protection for that thing my circuet does not have zener diode I dont have many things to work with .So my currioseti got bether of my so I wondered if useing dual ignition modules wuld do that phase shifting ? I noticed 2ignition modules I can activate with 1 pick up coils, I noticed it needs only the positive pick up coil trigger that made my wonder if it is posibel to use some sort of pulse generator on the negative pick up wire to some how disrupt the signal for the module ? Im simpli anoyed with that thing . So hoppe some one see this comment and can make some sugestions how to solve that problem or at least explain to my how I can calculate resustor to capacitor value to the ic chip or module components to achive desired phase shift for that mentioned mc 3335 ic chip .

When you want to power the zvs with voltages within the limits 12-15 v better is IRFZ44n because have lover on resistance What prevents heating more than in irf540 with higher on resistance
