What annoys me most about this is how non-groundbreaking any of this is and if Kenworth is able to HALF fuel consumption in one go, it really hasn't been trying for the past 20 years.

This just shows that unless you force the hand of these high emissions trades they won't enact the necessary changes before someone pushes them to do so.

Fuel has obviously been too cheap if 10-20-30% fuel savings haven't been worth implementing earlier.
