Why does Skar King have so much grudge against Godzilla? Well, it all goes back to their ancestors. Skar was always seen as a coward by Godzilla's ancestors, which fueled his animosity. And Godzilla? Well, he's not too fond of Skar King either. See, Skar King started this whole Titan civil war ages ago, even using a battle axe made from a dorsal plate to kill one of Godzilla's ancestors. In response, Godzilla imprisoned Skar King in the Hollow Earth to prevent further chaos on the surface. When Skar King finally comes face to face with Godzilla, he's all about revenge, wanting to take down both him and Kong. But things get messy, and they end up in Brazil after Godzilla destroys Skar King's crystal. That's when Godzilla sees his chance to put an end to Skar King's reign of terror. With the crystal destroyed, Godzilla calls on Shimo to rebel against Skar King. And when Kong finishes the job by taking down Skar King, it's like justice is finally served, avenging Godzilla's ancestors and putting an end to the ancient feud between their species.

i’m glad someone else recognized that after the crystal was destroyed and skar king motioned for shimo to attack kong while he was in kongs grasp, shimo noticed the skar king only used his hand, looked back at godzilla, who gave a little grunt and head motion to shimo, and shimo then proceeded to freeze skar king
