Be prepared to run as the door will rattle as soon as you make it into the next room. Run, as the Janitor will give chase. Make note of the cage blocking the door and move accordingly as you slide underneath.

Climb the cages in the far right corner of the room and wait for the Janitor to spread his arms as wide as possible. Use this opportunity to jump between his arms and pull at the cage.

The first pole you need will break from the cage and cause the door to collapse, partially trapping the Janitor’s arms. Immediately climb the cage again and repeat this process.
