I remember watching RTGame play through the game and while he was playing on Beach Bowl Galaxy, he bonked into one of those rafts in the water while holding a shell and he flew far backwards while upside down.

One of the funniest things you can do with this is in Beach Bowl, where you can shore launch from the pond at the top and go high enough to reach the trigger that fades out the main music. You'll come back down and can continue playing without any music.

What's fascinating about the shore launch is that it can be done off other objects too (such as jumping penguins in the start of buoy base, boulders in beach bowl, and rocks in seaslide)
