Starting an Art Journal : Art Journaling for Well Being and Self Care

After finishing an Art Journal last year I've decided to start a new one. Art for therapy is something I find very helpful as I am not one to write down my feelings and using colour and images to get the thoughts out of my head has been a really useful tool for my self care. I encourage everyone to give it a try.

Came for the art, stayed for your precious dog💕

My bf’s family has a Dalmatian, he’s got brown spots instead of black though~

I’m trying to figure out how to start a journal and have no idea lol, this has given me some inspiration, I don’t have all that equipment but I do have art materials
So just going to try and go with the flow of it.💖

Hi Bec! Do you paint with watercolor as well? Could you give us a video on watercolor? Thanks! Loved the video :)

I love your birds! Maybe it’s just my old ears but some of the musical sounds keep me from hearing what you are saying.

thank you for sharing, , but i am really struggling to hear what your saying because the music is louder than your voice
