I dont play soccer but i play footy (aussie) and personally i think It doenst eaven hurt that much whafs worse is when playing and your head just gets a huge knock from a contest or tackle or just anythin from the game i remebr my first decent knock tha required assesment i was bumped unexpectedly secvond one was a headbut and the 3rd decent knock i had but didnt get assesed was i went gead girst into someones legs trying to pick up the ball

when you hit your knee with another players knee, happened to me once in a match, I sacrificed my leg to pass it to my teammate when one of the defenders came and hit my knee with his knee, we scores but i was on the ground.

i dont use tape that much but when i first used tape i swear i shouted ever curse word to ever exist.
