Can just let go and throw all kinds of moves and shapes, not just on the dance floor but on the keys!

This is from Battersea Power Station when I visited it last year and loads of other pianists randomly turned up too (although this is before most turned up).

My dad died today after 5 months in hospital including a week in ICU and I was just scrolling on YouTube and this popped up. Seems apt seeing as me and my sisters are the ‘children’ left behind now (although we are in our 40s and 50s). Thanks for sharing Cole. Tremendous as always.

FANTASTIC COLE, As I often do, I echo everything that Don has said in his comments (we oldies tend to think alike). This was the original "Children" but nothing you ever play goes without that unique Cole Lam arrangement and I can't think that Robert Miles would have wanted you to change anything. A lengthy piece but of course excellent for this setting as it gave time for the crowds to assemble. Who can fail to be impressed, I really wish that I had been there with you to watch and listen to you live that day. Do let me know if you are going to Battersea again. It is no problem for me getting there.
